This is the 2nd Time Ive Ever Fired a Female Talen

12/20/2011 So it all begins with this 19yr old amateur black teen sending me her photos. They were glam pics which is not a problem some of times , other times when the talent shows up they look nothing like there photos. So take a leap of faith and tell the girl im going to book her and we will shoot in a couple of days. It gets to be about 1 day before the shoot and for some strange reason i request non glamour photos and for her to send over full nudes from head to knees with her cell phone camera. I get the pictures... FUCK.. my instinct was right she looks nothing like her glam photos. Her hair looked like one of those trolls you place ontop of a pencil so i can to bring in my trusty makeup artist and thank go she cleaned up half decent. Now during the pretty girl stills i remember telling her to turn left and she would turn right so i repeated it again turn left over your shoulder and she would turn the other way, i would repeat it again and say turn left opposite the other way your turning and she still couldnt do that. Right there i knew i was in for it.
