Preference as to if a woman should remove hair??

Some women, if not all, remove (shave,wax or get laser treatment) their body hair.
Places where EVERYONE has hair: arms, legs, genitals, anus, underarms, torso, back, face.

I have many questions about this:
Do we women really have to remove ALL our pubic hair?

Why do women have to remove ALL of their body hair, when men do not have to?

What is YOUR preference as to how a woman should "manage" her body hair?
