Why is Japanese pornography still censored?

Most japanese adult videos (known as AV or JAV in Japan) are still censored cause in Japan, human genitals are classed as ‘obscene’ and therefore it is i*****l to distribute porn without the mosaic censorship

But, as a funny thing, the anus is not censored, as it is not classed as an ‘obscene’ part of the body. Rather a body part for biological use.
So it is only censored upon penetration, meaning anal sex....

Me I really "hate" the censoring behaviors in japanese hc movies cause I want to decide myself what I want to see (or not)
And also it's a shame that such beautiful women as the japanese women really are, with their eyecatching bodies and they can't show their best parts.

I'd predict that JAV will eventually drop the mosaic, for 2 reasons.
One is the end of physical distribution of media.
And the other is money.
But I think it'll probably take a good while for that to happen, but eventually it might.
