How Does This Keep Happening?

I idle a lot on xhamster. Sometimes, I'm watching TV or playing video games and just leave this window up for fun and I get a TON of messages from people asking me to cam or whatever and it's VERY OBVIOUS that they haven't even looked at my profile. I'm curious as to how this happens.

I don't peruse a lot of profiles here, so I'm not sure how people FIND this stuff. How does this site even work?

Is there a way to make it like, LESS bad?
