Your Safety

You should arrange to call a friend at a specific time, when your scheduled training is completed, to confirm you have returned safely.

You should choose a safety word. This should be a word you wouldn't use in ordinary conversation.
Use of this word suspends activities immediately, in case things get too much.
You may choose to pause, recover, and contnue, or end your training.
A safety word can be chosen for you, if you prefer.

In the case that you are gagged, a specific gesture will be agreed on beforehand.
