Changes.......
My penis is going to change, literally change, how it looks, how it works and possibly how it feels. Since my late teens I’ve had a condition called lichen sclerosis. Basically an auto immune issues where my skin thinks it hurt so my skin goes into rapid healing mode for nonexistent damage to my skin, similar to psoriasis which I have as well.
In my situation the glans and foreskin of my penis are effected. Unfortunately this condition is migratory and has been working on my urethra for 30+ years. I’ve been sounding my urethra to keep it from closing but that treatment is starting to be ineffective. Next step is a urethroplasty,
My doc is going to cut out approximately 1.5” of my urethra from the tip back down the shaft. They’ll deglove my penis to get to the bad part, then cut the damaged urethra out and skin my glans for approx 1/4” around the meatus so they can pull the new graft of buccocal tissue harvested from my mouth to make an opening and urethra with it as that tissue type is not susceptible to lichen sclerosis. Once they finish doing the excise of damaged tissue they’ll pull my shaft skin back up and suture it back together and place a Foley catheter.
It will take 2 weeks to heal up, at that time they’ll pull the catheter and I can test drive my new penis. I plan on documenting the process from start to finish so stay tuned. I’ll post pics before surgery of my penis in it’s normal state and how it heals to it’s new self.
I am a little bit apprehensive about this procedure but at the same time a little turned on as well since I’ll be giving myself a continuous BJ.
