Needed ibuprofen

So my sister in-law was over the other day and complaining about a bad headache so my wife told me go into the bathroom and get her some ibuprofen. So I went to the medicine cabinet and for some reason got this overwhelming urge to rub her ibuprofen tablets all over my nuts and cock. Well after giving them a good rub I handed them to her and watched her hold them in her mouth looking for a drink I almost freaked my pants thinking she has tasted my nuts.
