Strange Introduction

So there I was laying on a bed in the E.R. I was there because I was in very extreme pain on and off. My lower back on my right side and my groin were intermittently causing me severe pain. I was in my early 20's and not very aware of many things yet. I always was more of a geek so you could say socially awkward. This of course made me very nervous and since I have had nothing for pain yet I was thinking the worst. I have to say her bedside manner was very good. She was very friendly and kind. I would put here age some were around mid to late 30's, shorter with straight dark brown hair pulled back. I would say attractive in a nice normal way. She asked me to lay back and try to relax. She lifted my gown up till I was completely exposed. She moved a tray close to my open legs and sat on a stool between them. She warned me that I would feel something cold as she cleaned the area she needed to get to. I flinched as she started and she again reassured me that it was ok. She did a through job and then looked at me an explained that it will feel very odd and possibly sting a little but that she would try to make it ask quick as she could. I hear the crinkle of the plastic being opened and decided to just close my eyes. I minute or so passed and she said take a nice long deep breath and let it out. As I to my breath in I felt her hand wrap around my penis. As I started to exhale I felt something smooth a little cold enter the tip of my penis. I flinched and she asked me to try and be still. She told me to keep breathing and then I felt it slide into me for what I thought was a long way. I was also growing very aware that my penis was becoming hard. I was mortified. She once again asked me to relax and breath. I felt it going very deep inside me and then, It hit a spot that sent shock waves through me. She didn't say anything till she knew I was over and kindly told me that I was not alone and that she had had this happen before. I wanted to crawl in a hole so bad. She eventually finished it and was amazing to me all because she took the time to make me feel ok. So where does this lead me to now, I have come to really enjoy that type of play a lot.
