Hello, no i dont mind, thank you, i have had some luck (and some badluck i have abit of a belly :frowning: )

I think that was a good quiestion, something im not very good at keeping check on (i used to check my weight but when i stopped taking joggs/running i stopped checking it)

Last time tho i was still 10 kg above where i was before i went on a medecine diet (5yrs ago:( went up to 92!!!) now i am like at 82, lowest i have been was 76.. before i gained i hovered arond 68-72...

I will copyasta your quiestion to my page, perhaps someone will helpt me take measurements (it is not so reliable to do on oneself)
