Cued for publishing

Why do certain galleries i post have to get cued for publishing? when i posted my "al3xandra daddario beautiful girl" gallery this happened, my natalie dormer gallery did this and they deleted it and i had to repost with a slightly different title.

Now my Kat dennings beautiful woman gallery is stuck in cuing.....
