I'm Looking to Barter for a Place or Room

Hello everyone, especially local men.

I'm looking to barter with local men for either a 1bdrm apt., studio, a room with a private bath & private entrance, or possibly the right live in situation. The right live in situation means my own room, better if I had my own bath, no cats, and you're ok with allowing me to entertain male guests and shoot videos while there. In return I offer sexual favors. The types of favors and frequency of those favors depend on the place and situation. So obviously the better the place or situation, the wider the variety of sexual favors and how often I perform them.

So get in touch via PM and lets see if we can work something out. Ultimately please be able to provide pics of the place or rooms to be considered. Looking for the Poughkeepsie area or within a 20 - 30 min. radius. I would only be there 1 to 3 days a week and some weeks I wouldn't be there at all.

I'm honest, responsible, drama free and employed part time. I'm living with and helping to take care of my aging parents as well as having a hard time justifying maintaining a monthly place when I would only be there 7 to 10 days a month. Hotel rooms end up costing almost as much as rent and I would prefer to have a place where I can have and leave my total wardrobe. Hence my need for a little "me" space.
