Like many of you on lockdown, my wife and I have been thinking about what we have been missing out on – not just due to the lockdown but, generally, since it focuses the mind on how short life is!

Not that we haven’t had a a good sex life and we have had a few great adventures along the way but to keep things fresh we have adopted a new strategy for bedtime!

Nothing is off limits or taboo. We have to tell each other what we want to do with family members, neighbours, friends and colleagues.
