We had got the k**s to sleep, and it was still early, so rather than rush to bed I decided to lie on the couch in the living room and relax, maybe let my mind wander a bit. First, a little background. I am a pretty outdoorsy kind of person. I've been camping too many times to count, I absolutely love hiking and can navigate fairly well with the aid of the sun and it's counterparts in the night sky. In the amount of time I've spent in the wilderness I have learned what will hurt me, and what won't. Identifying plants, especially nuisance plants like Poison Oak, Ivy and Sumac is second nature.
