Mit Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Haftung fuer Links" hat das Landgericht (LG) Hamburg entschieden, dass man durch die Anbringung eines Links, die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu verantworten hat. Dies kann - so das LG - nur dadurch verhindert werden, dass man sich ausdruecklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert. Hiermit distanziere ich mich ausdruecklich von allen Inhalten die in Seiten zu finden sind, die auf meiner Profilseite, in meinen Kommentaren, Gallerien, Favoriten oder Linklisten-Verzeichnis gelinkt werden und mache mir diese Inhalte in nicht zu eigen.

This can - so the LG - only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from these contents. I hereby dissociate myself expressly from all contents which are to be found in sides, which are linked on my profile page, in my comments, galleries, favorites or list of links lists and make me these contents in not too own.
