Just a quick note here. For years I have been happy to chat and comment with friends and non friends. I enjoy open conversation about the many interesting topics. In July 2015 my mother passed away under duress at age 91, and the circumstances around her passing hasn't allowed me to mourn properly. I imagine they have realized that most old timers can spot them coming (no pun intended) from a mile away! The new spammers now will post comments on people's posts, and then in their status the link to their web places. Sometimes the comments make sense and other times not at all! ....with the fight against Spam! lol I use Firefox as a browser, and about a year ago I found an app that keeps Trackers from viewing where, & what we are surfing online. Now the new version gives one the ability to unblock a place if it's a legit webpage or for some reason one needs to view it. This program also has the advantage of blocking/stopping re-directs to other pages that we didn't want to go to. It is called "Ghostery" and anyone can search online for it. I always try and post nice comments when I look at something anywhere online. Even though my lady is not into sharing anymore, I still love it! I love her & respect her wishes, that is the reason I have no photos or videos to share online. I rarely ask for friendship here or anywhere due to my memory loss, but when possible will subscribe to pages so I can remember to say hello to people.
