I have known about my feelings in BDSM in one form or another since I was at school, where I was fascinated by the sight of some of the older boys tying up the younger kids with skipping ropes that they used to give out at dinner time. I tied my first sub in 1983 and have loved doing it ever since.

I believe that a BDSM relationship is built on getting to know each other, likes, dislikes and TOTAL trust. Also getting to know someone in the nilla life too, making an effort to understand the other person so you can get the best out of the scene/ play for both parties, It doesn't have to be based on sex either, so long as both parties walk away with smiles on their faces and a heart to match who cares !
