I could swear that whenever I upload a video it says that it should only be awaiting approval for 1-2 days (or something like that I can't recall the exact verbiage)...unfortunately I can't remember the last time I have uploaded a video that has been approved in any less than three days and the videos are usually fairly short (I try to keep them to under 30 seconds to make for quicker approvals...guess that doesn't really work). So I've noticed that the first time I try to upload any picture or create a gallery it usually doesn't seem to complete quite correctly and then doesn't show up on my profile...but then when I do the same thing (sometimes with a different name) then it will show up right away. But the quirky part is then several days later the one the didn't complete correctly or show up suddenly pops in on my profile (so I usually then delete it since it would just be a duplicate).
