hobbies:
Lifting requires persistent determination and continuous discipline.
Cooking eventhough I cannot bake I like to make everything I can from scratch. I avoid plastic packaging, GMOs, hormone laden meat & dairy products (although I still eat meat) and salt water fish.
meditation I meditate 6x a week, abstaining from ejaculation until the seventh day of the week.
Swimming detest chlorinated water so swim in a fresh water lake once every 4 months in the buff.
