Not that my name is Roger Smith. It's a character from the animated show "American Dad". Scam-baiting is the art of making 419-scammers (formerly known as Nigerian-Letters scammers) waste time trying to scam you into sending them money. You pretend you do just that by sending them bogus Western Union money transfers or whatever you can, so they use their time on you, and not some unsuspecting victim. It's a sport really.
