Surgery is not to be taken lightly, for instance, breast surgery is most often not permanent and will need to be adjusted about every 10 years, it will not turn you into women-only you will closer resemble a female body.
Transitioning is very expensive even with the support from the NHS.
Have respect for transsexuals as they face enough problems in their lives, we don't like being called sissies and shemales.
