I regularly enjoy electro-stimulation using a homemade amp (see SmartStim website for link to a video on how to make it - I'll try to upload the video here) and silver solder electrodes - lots of KY-type lube helps prevent resistance hot spots. I downloaded some free electro-stim patterns from SmartStim web site which I play on my PC and hook the amp up to the headphone jack output, while I watch videos here on XH (with the volume down - mute all other program volumes, including system sounds to avoid surprises while stimming).
