Cosplay = Consent
______________________________________________________________________________________
Since you're here, you must share my passion (or fetish lol) for Cosplay.
Anime, Conventions, Hentai
...And
Slutty Cosplayers
Cosplay has to be one of the most adventurous and pleasurable hobbies to blossom from Japanese Pop Culture.
Many anime and manga followers are afforded the opportunity to shed off normal, everyday lives, and immerse themselves into role playing a beloved character among a like-minded community.
A majority of Cosplay's are in of itself beautiful works of art; a lot of time, money, and talent put forth by the advent Cosplayer to win the hearts of their friends and family.
The ideal home for Cosplayer's to share their love for anime and hentai can always be found at the Anime Conventions.
And while the concentration of photo models, artist, and nerds at such event may seem far removed from being sexual... rest assured that deep down, they're all just as dirty and needy as we are.
Japanese culture and its views on sex may be skewed and confusing. (censoring their own porno's genitals, for Christ sake)
but Cosplaying is practically the asian sister to bedroom role-playing.
Thanks to the unbelievable lengths by well-meaning perverts; we have undisputed proof that 99% for our female colleagues and friends attending Anime Conventions truly do welcome subtle peeks up their flowing dresses and schoolgirl skirts.
Women know anime and its nerdy fanboys are especially sexually charged by nature; naturally they would take precautions to prevent capturing their most intimate parts on film, right?
At the least they'll make sure to wear plain, boring white cotton panties, spankies, and or short-shorts to defeat the legendary voyeur efforts of some creep, right?...
...Right?
Gentlemen, if you ever wondered what type of lingerie the nerdy ladies and fashionistas could possibly strut around in a place they know just screams hentai, say no more.
Now, I'm not about slut-shaming. More power to Cosplaying sluts.lol It's just if you've been following the Anime community, you've probably had a certain infamous slogan shoved down your digital throats.
Cosplay Does Not Equal Consent
Cosplay =/= Consent's dogma, er policies crack down on upskirts and groping.
Let's roll our collective eyes at this asinine movement and what it stands for. Feminazi policing to the highest. Cosplayers who dress in the skimpiest pieces, emphasizing their breast, and color coordinating their delicious asses with lacy panties aren't naive. It isn't solely for art or a social statement... They know exactly who they're exhibiting for. Our grateful dicks.
I'm all for a safe and friendly environment. So it's disheartening when Cosplay =/= Consent creeps in, and chastises any well deserved cop and feel. Or taking a harmless upskirt shot.
I remember reading a blog (I'll be sure to find it, to show the sexy tart whining about the incident) about this chick who dressed as a schoolgirl type character. She and a few other ladies received a generous clap on the butt. Not to mention he did it when he ran his hand up their ass, right underneath their skirt to give them the full stimulation.
When unfortunately a few of these women felt compelled to report this guy to security. In his own defense he said something to the effect of:
"Oh come on. they're all dressed like whores here. It was only a joke!"
And I believe the poor guy got off lightly. Why am I sympathizing with this asshole? Because this asshole made a good point.
They were dressed like whores, enticing fellow con goers to give them praise and adoration. And it was a joke. One big harmless joke. He didn't mean any ill-intentions or malevolence. He wasn't attempting anything heinous or unforgivable like rape or murder.
The poor dude just accepted the invitation to respond to their scantily clad tush with appreciation. Upskirts too are completely harmless. The odds of somebody running into the women in upskirt shots are about as good winning the lottery. Thus, the person in upskirt photos aren't negatively impacted by the act when they aren't even aware it exist!
It's thanks to the backwards attitudes on sex by Western society and the Consent Movement that drive women to overreact, and attack anybody for such arbitrary things.
If we could be a little more open and positive about our sexuality; a harmless upskirt shot or a friendly grope could be laughed off as silly or even flattering. It's doesn't always take a creep to attempt those deeds. Sometimes it takes a brave soul to make those approaches to a beautiful Cosplayer or Crossplayer (Crossdressing Cosplayer). If you weren't in the mood for a spontaneous fondle or ass slap, politely ask them to back off. If they persist and make you feel threatened, then inform security.
But don't ruin the poor dudes life once he respects your wishes to stop feeling you up. Bodily harm is equally unnecessary. When you change your attitudes from that event, and transfer those sensations of being touched by a complete stranger; it can be an exciting element to your masturbation sessions. After all, it's still just a fucking ass smack. Not a silly prelude to PTSD.
Don't give power and weight to the notion that surprise fondling or upskirt shots are by DEFAULT some vile crime against humanity that Femanazi's like to keep pushing.
Keep Anime Conventions a fun, safe, AND sexy environment.
